Cable Overhead Bicep Curls

I have also seen this exercise called a "crucifix" curl because the starting position is similar to arms making a cross. This high elbow position is ideal for developing "peak". Similar to d.b. exercises, it also has typical advantages of using arms separately. To begin, use handles on the upper pulley attachments at the cable crossover. Palms face each other and handles are pulled to back of head.
